On-ground programs include the Electrical Training Program and HVAC Technician, delivered in a hybrid format. Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies is offered in a hybrid format and can also be completed fully online; additional certificate and degree programs are delivered online and managed under the West Covina main campus. Located off the freeway in a shopping center with access to restaurants and bus stops, the campus includes lab and lecture rooms, a computer lab, and dedicated Electrical and HVAC labs, and is centrally air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Provides the knowledge, skills, and attitude development needed to work in the treatment of alcohol and other drug dependency. Competency-based program meeting California certification standards. Credits transfer 100% to the AAS Degree in Substance Use Disorder Counseling.
